TUTTI

Terms of Service

The ground rules for a respectful, reliable teaching and practice space.

Effective 30 July 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you download, register for, or use Tutti. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. When Tutti is downloaded through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and controls where it conflicts with these terms.

2. The service

Tutti provides tools for music teachers, students, and families to organise lessons, practice, progress, recordings, sheet music, and related communication. Tutti is an organisational tool, not an emergency, safeguarding, payment-processing, or professional legal service.

3. Accounts and age

Information supplied for an account must be accurate. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if an account may be compromised. Under UK law, people under 18 are children and receive child-appropriate privacy and safety protections. People under 13 may not create a self-service student account; an adult must use the Parent account and connection process. Adults managing information about a child confirm that they have authority to do so and will add only information needed for tuition.

4. Connected users

Connecting a teacher, student, or parent makes relevant lesson and progress content visible within that relationship. Users are responsible for checking invitation codes and removing connections that are no longer appropriate. Teachers remain responsible for their own safeguarding, record-keeping, billing, cancellations, and communication practices.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process, and display it only as needed to operate Tutti. You confirm that you have permission to upload the content, including sheet music, recordings, and information about another person.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

Use the in-app report and block tools for inappropriate shared content. Urgent safeguarding concerns should be reported to the relevant local authority or emergency service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the service uses and how to delete it. By enabling microphone or notification access, you direct your device’s operating system to give Tutti that permission; you can revoke it in the device settings.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tutti available and data synchronised, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve safety, reliability, or compatibility. Keep independent copies of content that is important to you.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated breaches, security risk, abuse, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal. You can stop using Tutti or permanently delete the account in Settings at any time.

10. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tutti is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated, and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, missed lessons, professional decisions, or loss caused by a user’s device, connection, credentials, or unlawful content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, including applicable UK data-protection and online-safety requirements, while consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in their country of residence.

12. Contact and changes

Questions, reports, or appeals: roadie-tyke.5a@icloud.com. Material changes will be posted here and, where practical, highlighted before taking effect.
